This is a large watercolor executed on Watercolor Canvas. The scene is a composite of photos I had from a Safari in Botswana. I included the LilyPad Jogger in it as I think this is an unusual bird. The painting almost resembles an oil, as I applied the paint rather heavily on the lily pads to give them depth.

Then she attempted painting in watercolor, which had been her desire since college.
